Who Underwrites the encoreinsure.com products?

Markel International, who are an international insurance company which looks after the commercial insurance needs of major businesses, SMEs, professionals and sole traders.

They underwrite risks in their syndicates at Lloyd’s, in the London insurance company market, their German insurance company and through their Brazilian insurance and reinsurance companies.

Abbey Protection Group provides legal and professional fees insurance cover as well as legal and tax consultancy.

Insurance Cover

How long before my Quote expires?

Your quote is valid for a period of thirty days, within which you are able to purchase your policy.
After 30 days you will need to obtain a new quote.

What happens if the Sums Insured I require are higher than the website limits?

How do I pay for my Insurance?

Payment can only be made by Credit or Debit card. As and when you make the decision to purchase your insurance, you will automatically be prompted to enter your details via our secure payment facility.

How do I renew my Insurance?

encoreinsure.com will contact you 10 days before your policy expires. You can also renew your policy up to 1 month before it expires and amend your policy throughout the period of cover.

Which Insurances does encoreinsure.com offer?

encoreinsure.com offer Public Liability, Employers Liability, Property insurance, Money insurance, Business Interruption and Cancellation insurance. Please see our Cover Types page for a more detailed breakdown and policy wording.

 

Claims

What do I do if I want to make a Claim?

Visit our Claims page and select the type of claim form you need.

Complete the claim form and together with the required supporting documentation email to claims@encoreinsure.com. Alternatively you can post the documents to encoreinsure Claims, Tysers Insurance Brokers, 71 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 4BS.

Should you wish to make a Cancellation Insurance claim, in the first instance please email details of the incident to claims@encoreinsure.com. One of our specialist team will then respond and request the necessary information and supporting documentation required.

 

Cancellation

I need to cancel my Policy, what should I do?

To cancel your policy email enquiries@encoreinsure.com stating the date and reason you wish to cancel your policy.

Our Team will deal with your request within 48 hours and confirm if you are due a return premium and how this refund will be processed.
